A .PRC file is a PalmOS executable. You copy it to a Palm PDA
and it will add itself to the menu as an icon. You then select the icon
to run the program. Unless you have a Palm PDA or StyleTap on
your PocketPC which allows you to run Palm programs, a PRC
file is useless to you.

In addition to being a Palm OS application, Pocket PC's may also have PRC
files directly readable by Mobipocket Reader.

To see what it really is, have a look at the beginning of the PRC file. If
it contains the four character-srtring 'appl' at position 60, then, it's a
Palm executable. An example screenshot of a file like this:

Palm Resource File. It could be a palm executable or it could be an eBook.

If it's an eBook you can read it with uBook www.gowerpoint.com
