Hi,

I wanted to give you a heads up that our company is about to release a new MP3 player for PocketPC that you can control with your voice. Please give it a try and let us know what you think!

“BCL VoiceMP3 turns your PocketPC into an MP3 player that allows you to control playback functions with your voice! It recognizes a complete set of music control verbal commands, allowing you to control all playback functions without ever looking at the screen.”

The voice recognition capabilities of BCL VoiceMP3 are usefull when you want to search for a song without having to scroll down the list and pick out the one you want... just say "Load [song name]." You can say "Play" "Stop" "Next", etc., but you can also use the buttons on the front of the PDA.

Another neat feature is “Turn Off Screen” which will extend the battery life considerably (BCL VoiceMP3 can still be controlled by voice). To turn it back on, simply press one of the buttons on the PDA. When the screen is off, you can speak the name of a song and it will advance to that song...

We will release the final version to the public soon, but until then, you can test out the beta version for free. This is a limited BETA testing program, and we are only allowing a few beta-testers to download VoiceMP3 per day (first come - first serve, starting at 9.00 AM, Pacific Time each day)

BETA testers, we appreciate any feedback and we will certainly use it to improve VoiceMP3. You can either post feedback here, or email us your feedback.
