Is there any way to launch IEMobile's Favorites screen directly by
specifying any command line parameter?

Very few of the command line parameters are known ...if they exist at all.

there are, however, workarounds... in this case what I would suggest is
to create a pocket file explorer shortcut with the argument pointing to
the ppc favorites folder... when that comes up, tap the pie shortcut and
the file association will launch PIE.

Create a one line "text only" file with the extension ".lnk" containing
the following and place it in the windows\startmenu\programs folder

29#:MSFEXPLORE \WINDOWS\FAVORITES

Another tip... mozilla (firefox, etc) favorites files are actually
simple html files... if you use any of the mozilla browsers, you can
simply copy that file to the ppc and use it... you can also convert ie
favorites to mozilla format with one of several bookmark converters.
