Ive got an HTC Touch and its been working fine up until recently.

I use the calendar to set appointments with an alarm (remind me) and
via the "Sounds and Notifications" I set the reminder to play a sound
and vibrate and flash and message etc. This all worked ok until my
alarm failed to go off for work this morning.

I recently installed "Spb Phone Suite" which amongst other things
allows me to change profiles.

....the alarms *might* have worked since then, but I cant remember if
ive defo had any alarms since then.

Ive read various posts that say to edit the xml file in the
Application Data\profiles dir, but I havent got that file on my device
(I beleive that HTC doesnt do profiles out of the box?)

Anyone got any ideas as to how to get my calendar reminders working
again?
