I have been pondering my head off, but I can't find any obvious and quick
way to remove all appointments. How does one proceed?
- WM2003SE
- ActiveSync 4.2
- NO Outlook installed on PC.

If that's the only way...
What a very sad application, this 'pocket Outlook'.

Yes, but it's really designed to be a "pocket" companion to desktop
Outlook. Since you do not have desktop Outlook installed, you're is
missing a lot of functionality.
The events can be deleted manually by slogging through the calendar's
monthly view to find the appointments, then tapping on the day and
selecting individually and deleting them, but the easiest way is to follow
Werner's suggestion.
Alternatively, you can signup for a free hosted Exchange Server account at
Mail2Web.com, sync with that, and then log into that account from your
desktop, set the Calendar to "list view" and delete all the events and
resync the device with the Exchange server, which will then delete them
from the device.
Using the free mail2web account is probably a good idea for you anyway-
without Outlook on your PC, you probably don't have a reliable backup for
your PIM data.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
