Hi,
I have a Symbol MC50 PDA (WM2003) and I'm looking for a browser
supporting javascript.
Opera seems to be OK for that point.....but the problem is that I have
problems with cookies.
For example, when I log in a web site based on cookies, the
authentification works well, but if I click on a link, the web app
wants me to re-authenticate...
another problem which is linked : when I try to connect to gmail with
opera 8.65, I have an error with the script CheckCookie?, whereas with
PIE I have no problem
The options seems to be correctly set (Enable cookies).
Has anyone encountered the same problem?
Please help ;(

Hi,
I tried to send you a message but you may not have received it.
If you are still OK to help me, could you please send me an email as I
can give you a login/password and the URL of the web app?
Thank you
Gerald
You, why not?
the previous message was intented to Werner, the only person who
posted in this thread....
One more thing, I forgot to write :
concerning my web app, the authentication system is working whith PIE
on my PDA (but I really need javascript, so PIE is not well suited for
my needs), but also with all other browsers I have tested on my
Desktop (including Opera 8 and 9)........only Opera Browser 8.65
doesn't allow my cookies.
Thanks
After some days, I found the source of the problem : the domain name
for the cookie was not enough, it needed the complet sub domain
name........still don't know why only opera 8.65 crashed
