It's a nice device. I heard that it's really fast. But this is my first Windows Mobile one, I switched from a Palm, and I think it's very slow actually. The Palm is very responsive. There is always a delay of a few seconds when you launch an application. Even when you actually click on an item to select it. Also, coming from the Palm world, I find ActiveSync to be one of the crappiest software I have ever seen: duplicates info, very slow, syncs several times in a row without asking, syncs every 5-10 minutes without asking, doesn't allow you to sync in one direction only, always considers that Outlook has the right info, not the device, etc... The only problem I have with the Palm units is that the batteries are user replaceable. Also, it is easier to add/remove programs from the Windows based unit. However, if Palm had a user replaceable battery I could be convinced to go PALM.
