When I first got this phone a few months ago I was really excited. It
seemed everything I wanted from a phone - big and chunky, good keyboard and
fairly good screen.
Now a few months on I feel it has more problems than its worth. Its not my
first windows mobile device so I am used to the interface.

Call quality is poor and despite using the volume control, callers are
either too quiet or too loud with echoes. I drop more calls than I receive
because for some reason often when I press the accept button it rejects the
call.

The other problem I am having is that quite often my internet loses its
throughput and I have to soft reset the device. Sometimes soft reset does
not fix it and i have to soft reset again.

I know these problems are not my telephone provider as I never had the
problems with my old phone. Its got so bad now that I have had to buy a pay
and go phone just so people can ring me and actually get through.

Can anyone give any advice please? I have the latest firmware. Are there
any patches I need to know about? Anything I can do to my device to make it
more reliable? Thanks
