yeah i know, but i need a automatic disconnect

beacuse, when WiFi is not available, automatically GPRS is used and then
stays connected, next month i get a bill with many zeros :))))

There's a registry hack you can try that's described at XDA-developers here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1526934&postcount=16

It allows you to set a timeout value to stop the GPRS connection after x#
seconds idle.

I'm not sure how this help you, though. The connection itself doesn't
really use any data- it just saves the PPC time in not having to
reestablish a connection when data transfers are needed. Even with the
timeout, when your PPC wants to fetch e-mail or whatever, it'll start a new
connection, then close it when idle. Either way, you'll be using roughly
the same amount of data.

Think Werner has start/settings/system/connection setup steps on his
site to put a bogus gprs connection in place as the "default" connection
(which will fail)

You can then add a second (not default) working gprs connection which is
available to implement manually when you do need to make a connection.

Got this to work once, something changed and Werner's solution with an
additional setup step worked.

Sure it is. There are several ways of doing this; I've published a complete
tutorial on this. See
http://www.pocketpcmag.com/blogs/index.php?blog=3&p=2328&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1 -
it contains all the usable ways.

BTW, as has been pointed out by Todd, there won't be excess data usage if
you leave it open. Battery usage (especially with 3G connections), however,
it's a completely different question.

Do you? Is GPRS billed by connection time in Estonia?

Here in Denmark GPRS is billed by how many bytes you transfer. If there is
no traffic, it's free.

I don't think it's billed anywhere on the time basis. However, the battery
consumption may be very bad, particularly over 3G; therefore, it's always
preferable to close connections. I've published several articles on this
matter, full packed with benchmark results; in addition to the
already-linked one, I also recommend the one at
