black lines suddenly, 1 day later screen stays black ...
sync calender worked before, sync contacts does not work. Explore the
phone does work. How can I safe my contact data .... all my
phonenumbers ...???

I mean I can't see my ctc info anymore on the screen and the sync does
not seem to work ok. Is there a certain file I can copy from my phone
to my computer en replce when my phone is fixed? And if yes where can
I find it on the phone, or any other ideas of what to do??

It's called Outlook? What are you syncing to if not Outlook? The phone
numbers should be there, correct to when you last did sync contacts
successfully. Get the phone fixed, get a new one, and when you partner it
with the desktop the first time, all your contacts will be sync'd back to
the phone...and anything else you elect to sync.
