Hi

Is it possible to use ÖÄÜÕ chars. in contact names in WM6 Pro.?

don't have wm6, but in previous versions, these characters are available
using the sip keyboard after tapping the "au" key on the lower left.

yes, but when i select ü and save, those chars are removed from contact
names

Do you speak of SIM contacts or built-in contacts? SIM contacts will not
necessarily retain their non-English chars when copied between the main
storage and the SIM. (I've also published some remarks / articles on this.)
