I need help with my QuickGPS i don`tÿwhat to do when i press download it
says Connection failed, is there any other program that i can use instead
QuickGPS
thx
QuickGPS gets some pre-load info for the GPS over a cellular data network.
Do you have a data plan?
It isn't really needed in the first place. The built in GPS is perfectly
capable of figuring out where it is without QuickGPS help, though the
initial fix may take a bit longer.
The Tytn delivers the NMEA data stream (GPS output) on Comm 4 at 9600Bps. If
you have a nav program, or something that can use a GPS stream, point it at
that and have fun.

Or via ActiveSync to a PC that is on-line. My GPS isn't a phone and doesn't
have WiFi or Bt so that is how I use QuickGPS. But of course such updates
should not be necessary anyway. My ten year old Garmin GPS beats my Loox
with its fancy SIRF embedded GPS, though it doesn't get any data except from
the satellites.
