My e740 always disconnect from activesync with no reason, I heard this is a

So when you connect with ActiveSync you don't run DC power up the cradle? I know it's not necessary for syncing but I usually leave my PDA docked throughout the day and remove for meetings and such... I had a phone session with a Toshiba PDA tech. Checked every possibility with the exception of using a different computer. I'm trying that over the next few days.
