I'm able only to access an XP folder by WM5 PPC by LAN.
Is it possible to access WM5 PPC folders by XP by LAN?

No... this is by design... the ppc is a "client only" device.

You can, however, access ppc folders via an activesync connection using
file explorer.

If you can find a wm5 compatible ftp server, that might be an option if
your need is pressing.

I just tried ShareItFTP (Trial version). It works.
Next step is to find a freeware WM5 FTP server :D
However transfer is too slow. I just found my PDA is currently using 11b
connection mode (even if it supports 11g mode as the Wifi router :-\)

Assuming you are new to the ppc, would recommend that unless you have
very specific reasons for needing to remotely access ppc files... (i.e.
collecting data somewhere) that you consider using traditional methods
such as activesync. imho, the best way to get data to and from a ppc is
to use a pc card reader and transfer directly to the card rather than go
through the ppc's limited i/o pipes.
