In Desktop outlook contact there is File As for you to
choose, but in pocket pc I can not find this function.
All the name I type display wrongly. I just want the Name
in contact come out as I key in and not display the first
name and last name interchange.

You'll need to change them on the Desktop and then they'll
sync back as you want them.
