When i sync my iPAQ i get an error on the databases, as they can not
be copied over... to be backed up...
There also seem to be loads of them for the all the e-mail accounts
that i have setup in the past but now have deleted.
any ideas?

Thanks i have done this... (most days in fact)but it doen't make any difference
