I have just run into a problem with my iPaq 3950 and ActiveSync. The
problem I am having is most of the time when I put the iPaq into the
cradle is Sync's fine. But other times it tries syncing up and goes to
a "Guest" account. I have no guest account set up and can't figure out
why this is happening. I had version 3.5 of activesync and then tried
version 3.6. I have had the problem with both versions. Anyone have
any ideas??

Try re-installing IE 6.0 or installing SP1 for IE 6.0. This worked for me.

What is your Operating System? I got some similar problems
after updating Windows 2000 Pro. Those problems are
reported by Windows (security increased ... but some
functions are lost)...
Resetting completely the system might be the solution!
