I'm using the latest BETA version of ActiveSync and have noticed a strange
problem:

Every now and then when the iPAQ2490 syncs with the desktop some - but not
all - the contents of the desktop synch folder are removed.

That seems odd and especially annoying when I want to edit Word documents
using my desktop before allowing them to be synched back to the iPAQ.

Any comments or suggestions?

I'm doing neither, ActiveSync seems to do it all by itself!

When I discover that it has happened I copy all the affected files from the
device to the desktop sync folder manually. Eventually - usually after a
couple of synch cycles - they get deleted from the desktop sync folder
though they remain on the device.
