How can I tell if the ".NET Compact Framework" is installed on my PDA which
is running Windows Mobile 5.1 ? In addition, how do I find out which
version it is?

Go to Start>Settings>system>Remove Programs. If it is installed, you will
see it there as well as the version (eg 2.0) etc.
