Ok, heres the deal:

-Running on Windows XP
-Have a Toshiba Pocket PC E740 connecting via US"B cradle
-When trying to connect with activesync, it says "Your
Device was not connected". In the USB section, it
says "USB is Available"
-When looking in control panel at my devices, in system.
Under USB devices it has an error, the problem is "Code
28".
-I have installed both active sync, and the toshiba
drivers as instructed in the toshiba driver file.
-Have also visited the site

Can someone who knows what they are talking about please
help me out! This is really frustrating!
