Hi, any one here knows how to pair a Motorola HS850 headset to a Dopod
818pro running WM5.
I can't get it to detect the head set during the bluetooth search for
devices.

I use an HS850 with a JasJar, so only possibly relevant:

On the JasJar:
Start->Settings->Connections->Bluetooth->Devices->New Partnership...
On the HS850:
With boom closed, press and hold multifunction button until the
"headset indicator" turns on, open the boom

Timing can be fussy for some devices.
