On XDA device, I want to move a POP3 account email received across to my
Outlook email so it'll sync with the desktop.

"Move..." option doesn't bring up the Outlook part of the folder tree.

Is it possible?

You can't. There's some support for moving messages between POP3 accounts
(I've also elaborated on this in some of my articles) but not into the
AS-synched account.

The best way is NOT deleting the contents from your POP3 accounts at all and
making sure you always synch them with your Outlook too.

Alternatively, consider moving / subscribing to IMAP - with it, you can
easily sync your local mail with a server folder (see my IMAP article if
interested).
