Where can I download Activesync 3.7?

I have someone who is trying to set up an older ppc but I don't
want to inflict Activesync 4.0-4.2 on him.

www.hpcfactor.com, but if it were me, I'd use AS 3.8 over 3.7. (Which is
also available there.)
