Hi have a imate jasjam that runs on mobile 5.

i have several email accounts set up on the device, am wondering how I can
sync the sent mail to the computer.

The normal (and easiest) way to do this is to simply leave the messages
on the server (that's the default) and also pick the messages up from
the same server using a pc email client.

In most cases, it's best to set the pc client to delete the messages
from the server which will delete them from the ppc the next time you
sync to save clutter and storage... you can move messages you need to
retain to other folders which will keep them available after the pc
deletes them from the server.
