Microsoft Activesync is really starting to annoy me. First of all,
there is no way to not have it continuously startup at boot. So I have
put killsync.exe into my Startup folder to close it AFTER it loads.

Now, I just updated my Windows Media Player and everytime I use it,
Activesync comes on and syncs in the middle of me watching movies and
playing music! I've looked for an option to prevent ActiveSync from
loading with WMP, but could not find any. Is there a way to prevent
this from happening?

If you updated to wmp11, there are no options...

with wmp10, installing activesync will trigger this offensive behavior,
but it can be removed by downloading and reinstalling wmp10
