512MB and other SD Cards work fine in my MDA. But I am trying to fit a
2GB SD card into it and I am getting a message telling me the disk is
unreadable. This repeats every time I switch the MDA on. Can anyone
think of a way I can resolve this, or is their a limit to the amount of
memory I can add.

Hello,

I am unaware of any limit of the device on cards. It is possible that
the card is corrupt and needs to be formatted. You can do this either
on your device with Resco Explorer 2005 if you have that or on your PC
via a card reader. Just format the card in FAT or FAT32 and see if
that clears the issue.
