Hi I am looking for a web based Application to provision Windows Mobile 5.0
deivces (Pocket Pc, Pocket PC Mobile, Smarthphone)

Specicially would like the website to provision the following setting

GPRS
MMS
User Detials
Installation of Certificates

Dose anyone kno if there is an product that can achieve this or how hard
would it be to develop an application like this.

Hello,

I am assuming that you are referring to having multiple devices with
the same settings? If I am correct in that assumption, take a look at
Spb Clone. The URL is
http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/clone/?en. This application
will allow you to create a default "load" for your devices then simply
replicate them out to other devices fairly quickly.
