View Full Version : What happened to Tasks?

I'm transitioning from PalmPilot + cable-synched Outlook to a Motorola
Q with WM 5.0 and a wireless connection to Outlook.

I like the e-mail, calendar, and contacts, but the Tasks function
stinks--or I'm not using it right or Verizon/Motorola has done
something to it. I can only enter a task description--a string of
text. No priority, not start date, no due date, no category, no
nothing. Oddly, the menu provides an opportunity to sort by priority,
status, subject, start date, and due date... But theres nothing there
to sort by.

Any clues?

Also--I noticed on the File Manager that there's a folder structure,
including one called My Documents, but I cannot find any way to
actually save a document--an e-mail attachment, for example--to the
folder. Any ideas on that.

Thanks for any help!

As I understand it, the "Q" does not support Tasks. That (and only that) was
why I didn't buy it.

One reviewer of the "Q" - said "what the hell?"
