Is MIDI file playback supported by WMP 10 on WinCE PPC?

Only on Phone Edition devices (presumably to support MIDI ringtones).
If you search the group archives, Werner Ruotsalainen linked an
article of his on PPC MIDI playback recently, covered all the options.

As said, yes on PPC PEs..If your PPC PE doesnt plays midi file through WMP
or Album app, you can try GSplayer midi
google for it
