Environment: Exchange 2003
Windows Mobile 5.0
https://office.$$$$.com/OMA works fine
Download the certification to the device installed the certificate by
double clicking the .cer file, and can see the company's certification
on the mobile device. Then, try to do an ActiveSync with Exchange
server. But it always comes back with the following message:
************************************************** *********************************
User Information
Please correct your Exchange Server password.
Domain\user name
$$$.com\%username%
************************************************** ***********************************
I am sure the password has been correctly typed during the
configuration. Even if I type in the correct password again as it is
required, it will come back again and again with the same message. Any
suggestions?
Thank you very much for your help.
By the way, I am experiencing the same issue documented at the
following link, but there seems to be no solution for this yet.
