View Full Version : Activesync sync to wrong profile, how do I change it back?

Hi, I installed Activesync using my administrator account "adm", then
log in using my user account "user". When I sync my Motorola Q
smartphone with computer, it sync with the profile WM_adm, which is the
administrator's account. I delected partnership, uninstall activesync,
change "user" account type to administrator, then log in and reinstall
activesync using the "user"account. Upon connection to the Q phone, it
still says it's sync with WM_adm account.

How do I change it to sync only with my "user" account's outlook?

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2, activesync 4.2

I deleted the adm account, and MAKE SURE to change email sync setting
to make it sync to emails that are more than 1 month old because as it
turn out, the outlook's email hadn't been update in over a month,
that's why I didn't see any emails on the Q phone. Still, the profile
in Activesync is WM_adm instead of WM_user. Weird! I can't seem to
get rid of WM_adm.
