Greetings everyone,

I would like to know if some of you have problems with h5450's D-pad and
Record button?

I am having difficulties accessing both of them, especially in WMP. I
cannot map any function to UP and DOWN direction easily. Any attempt to map
to UP and/or DOWN direction will always end with LEFT or RIGHT direction.

Another thing, the Record button seems to be hard to press. I always get
volume increased / decreased instead of Record button pressed.

If my problem is more to a hardware problem (defect unit), I should get the
unit back to the store and ask for a replacement. But first I would like to
know if this is only my problem or this is a general problem with h5450.
