I'm at my wit's end trying to get this set up and the
Toshiba tech's have been all but no help. I hope someone
else has had this problem.

I have adminstrator priviledges on XP Pro and I have
installed MS ActiveSync 3.5. When I attempt to "Get
Connected" I follow the instructions and always end up
with "your device was not detected.' I know that my pc
sees the PDA as it is listed in 'my computer'.

In Win2k, it will allow my to specify the driver
location, but it always tells me that the windows driver
is better and references c:\windows\.... I know that's
not the best way to post an error; however, I don't have
the error message handy. This machine is on a network at
the office and I've had sysadmin attempt to install the
drivers with the Admin permissions to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem when I installed my 335. I solved it by changing ubs
ports. Give that a try.

Jeff,
Thanks for the advice. Sadly, changing the usb ports
didn't resolve my issue. Any other advice?

Thanks
