I'm a new PPC user is there any information about how to
install new software and any books about the operation of
PPC. What should I do if I want to connect to Internet
via the PPc

Its quiet simple

Sync the PPC first, log in as Guest if you dont want to do a partnership
type sync then run the executable, and follow the prompts. Its quite easy.
