Keep in mind that the Tech Support team is the same one that's been
promising a X50 WM5 ROM upgrade since November. IOW, don't hold your
breathe, either for a date or particular functionality. Wait until you see
it.

Q: How can you tell that Dell Chat Tech Support is lieing?
A: You can hear them typing.

Yup, Dell has always promised the actual "new" upgrade for the next week :)
Esp. with the x50 WM5 bugfixes, right from January.
