I have a Viewsonic V36:
1 - Installed a demo program and then un-installed it. The icon was taken
out but the progam is still in the SD card and I can run it using Explorer.
How do I delete the program completely?

2 - I installed a program and there is no icon, so have to go to Explorer to
fire up the program. How do I create an icon for it?

3 - I un-installed a program but the icon is still there. How do I get rid
of the icon?
