Hello,

What version of ActiveSync are you using? When you select the Unresolved,
it should give you the file name or an error message - can you share what
that message is?

Thanks for replying.
ActiveSync 3.7.1. The file appears to differ each time I double click on 1
unresolved item (having deleted a number of them). It does not display a
file name if I select the Unresolved, it gives the error message
"Synchronizatin cannot be completed because a file cannot be symchronized
with your mobile device. Close all programs on your mobile device and this
computer, and synchonize again. Trying this has made no difference.
