I recently bought an HP hw 6515 for my father, and the only problem
with this is that he does not speak very good english, so it knid of
hard for him to use his PPC. i was woundering if any of you could give
me a hand and tell me were it would be posible for me to find this. in
the HP page i can only find the manuals in english.

in exactly what language are you looking for them? HP generally translates
all their manuals into other languages - just look around on their localized
homepage.
