I have a very irritating problem with ActiveSync. If I do a soft reset, I
can successfully sync once, maybe twice on a good day before having to soft
reset my ipaq to get it to sync again.

If I want certain programs to load after removing the ipaq from the cradle,
I have to soft reset again.

Has anyone else had similar difficulties? Is there anything I can do?

Describe your setup . . . OS, ActiveSync ver, Pocket PC, EUU level of
your Pocket PC, etc. That'll help us get started.
