Suddely I can't see any .dll files in File Explorer. CE Mobile 2003.
What do I need to do to be able to view them again?

They are system files and are hidden by default. In file explorer, tap and
hold the screen and select 'View all Files'

Better still, download Total Commander http://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm
or purchase Resco File Explorer
