I took the plunge, tried e-wallet, and just bought the program.

I bought the pro version (desktop, ppc.) I got the serial number
entered in the
desktop. How do I do the same in the ppc version? I would expect that
somewhere
there is an option to go to the screen to enter the serial number. Any
suggestions or
should I just wait for the nag screen to prompt me for it?

Also can I customize a card? I've got a new prescription plan and it
doesn't seem to
fit any pre set up category.

Mine has Register in the Tools menu on the PPC. There is a free form card,
but I don't believe there is any way to crate a new card format. Didn't dig
hard though.
