I have an Ipaq H3630 which recently developed the following problem which is
a bit difficult to explain, but here goes.
The touch sensitivity on the righthand side of the screen seems to have gone
haywire. The actual display on the screen is fine but when I use the stylus
on the righthand side of the screen, the "response" occurs about an inch to
the left of where I am touching it. This makes it impossible, for example,
to use sliders down the righthand side.
From the lefthand side to the middle of the screen everything is OK, it just
happens on the right and is worse at the middle and improves at the top and
bottom. I have tried the screen calibration many many times but to no
improvement. I have opened the unit and checked the screen for anything
fouling it. I am stumped!
If any techies out there can help, I'd be most grateful.
