When an application is already installed in Pocket PC. When the
application is upgraded using ActiveSync 4.1, an error message stating
that "Installation of APPNAME was unsuccessful". This error appears
only in WM5.0 devices.

Can anybody help me out.

Any ideas/suggestions are welcome.
