Anyone know if there is an application yet that will let you do this?

I'd figure it'd be simple to make a tap-and-hold option for creating

WebIS' Mail 2.2 will support this feature. Version 2.2 is in public beta at
this point but you can get it and more information on it at
http://www.pocketinformant.com/products_info.php?p_id=mail&dir=wm.
Personally I've been using the 2.2 betas for a while now and haven't had any
issues. Remember though, it is a beta so not supported by their support
team - only in their forums.

Also remember: Backups are you friend!
