I'd start by not trying to use Voice Command to do this. It is not designed
to work over a BT headset, which is essentially what you have with the car
kit at this point. Beyond that I won't be much help, not having either of
the two units you do. How to get this sort of thing to work is very
specific to the particular hardware.
