After battery ran out, and recharge, needed a hard reset to bring IPAQ on, now "align screen" procedure repeats continuously irrespective if I tap the centre of the five cross-hairs accurately or touch a random spot on the screen. Looks like the calibration matrix has got some corrupt memory numbers and is mis-interpreting the touched points. HP on line help is not, so if I don't get a solution quickly, its going to get the 14 Lbs pointer with a wooden handle and flat head as a last attempt!!!!
