The e330 should already have e310, which is why Toshiba isn't likely
releasing an EUU3 update for the e310.

You mean the E330 should already have EUU3. ;-)
Easy way to check is fire up Windows Media Player. Is it 8.0 or 8.5?

The e310 has media player 8.0. Toshiba did release euu2 but not the 3
yet. not sure if i want to try audivox's though :)
