I am having the same problem all of a sudden. Also, I can no longer connect
to the internet with my computer (running XP)

Any suggestions?

Sorry- no answers! I upgraded to Activesyn 3.6 for my Ipaq 3850 and have
just started geting the same message and it won't connect. Suggestions?
