1. I quite understand that Windows CE and Windows Mobile are not open source systems. But I heard that it is possible to introduce some changes or additions into both OS's. Is that true? If the answer is in the affirmative than can you tell me what kind of changes that may be?
2. Do Windows Mobile and Windows CE support 3G data transfer protocols? I meanif it is possible to built a 3G-Windows CE(or Windows Mobile) smartphone?
