I have the same problem.
Windows XP SP1, Jornada 565 (with latest updates) ,USB craddle, Office XP
SP2, Activesync 3.6 (it also happens with 3.5)

Hi ff,
Strangely comforting if of little practical value to know
one is not alone. If you didn't see it I told Wade I had
achieved a work-around after trying almost every
permutation and found that unchecking the "copy at
most ... lines" box in Options has got it going again.
I'm sticking with that for the time

I´ve tried your solution, didn't work for me. I'm still having the problem.
